There are a myriad of articles and blogs on the subject of broken romance. Many of them cause you to empathise with those who have lost out in love. Indeed some could lead you to wonder whether it is worth falling in love at all if the end is going to result in so much pain. They can lead you also to wonder why when a relationship breaks down people become reduced to such emotional wrecks. Indeed a person’s whole world is turned upside down as they search for answers as to why their relationship broke down.
A question that comes to mind is why does a love lost cause so much sadness? Memories of how things used to be and remembrance of the things you used to do together can cause you to prolong the healing process. The more you think about these things the more you can remain trapped in a world of sadness over the relationship lost. The sadness inevitably refuses to go away as you hold onto a relationship that has died.
It is so sad when you think about how your life is on hold emotionally because of the failed relationship. Sadness engulfs you yet the person who left you is living life to the full without even looking back. The questions in your mind should not revolve around what went wrong or why the love no longer exists but rather on why you are crying over spilt milk since the relationship is dead.
Today make a decision to stop thinking about what used to be. Put an end to beating yourself up emotionally. Give up putting our life on hold. Stop thinking about what used to be. Move on with your life and thank God for the deliverance from a person who could have caused you countless years of sorrow!
Make a point today of choosing to stop being sad and be happy!
